To raise funds for local churches, Viv did a sponsored cycle ride.
Mark and his son Ryan accompanied him for the exercise and to judge the refreshments offered en route.
They visited 15 churches on a circular route of about 22 miles. Also doing the ride with Viv were his friends David Morgan and Christine Hoare.
